Tarot Readings

I will serve the best interests of my Clients, conducting my professional activities without

causing or intending to cause harm.

I will treat all my Clients with equal respect, regardless of their origin, race, religion, gender,

age, or sexual preference.

I will honestly represent my Tarot qualifications, including educational credentials, levels of

certification and experience.

I will keep confidential the names of Clients and all information shared or discussed during

readings, unless otherwise requested by the Client or required by a court of law.

I will recommend Clients consult a licensed professional for advice of a legal, financial,

medical, or psychological nature that I am not qualified to provide. If trained in one of these

areas, I will clearly differentiate between the tarot reading and any professional advice

additionally provided.

I will respect my Clients’ right to refuse or terminate their reading at any time, regardless of

prior consent.

The following booking conditions and cancellation policy apply to Virtual and In Person readings:

• Bookings cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time are subject to a cancellation charge of 100% of the fee.

• If you provide false or misleading information at the time of booking, The Tarot Guide may cancel your booking and no refund will be provided. This includes but is not limited to, confirming you are over 18 when you are not. (All clients must be over 18 to have a reading. Proof of age may be required).

• Missed appointments or bookings cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time will not be rescheduled or refunded. If you have booked a virtual reading you must be signed into the relevant service at your scheduled appointment time. If you are unavailable, not logged in or do not answer at your scheduled appointment time, we will make 2 further attempts to contact you within 5 minutes of the first call. If you do not answer by the third attempt, your appointment will be classed as a missed appointment and no refund will be given. If you answer on the second or third attempt, any time missed will be deducted from the time allotted for your appointment. If we cannot contact you due to you providing incorrect contact information when booking, your reading will be classed as a missed appointment and no refund or rescheduling will be offered. Where Bohemian Besoms has contacted the client to arrange a virtual appointment and the client does not reply or arrange their appointment within 3 months, the booking will be cancelled without refund. If you book a virtual reading and do not receive an appointment acceptance from Bohemian Besoms within 3 business days to arrange your appointment, please contact CustomerService@Bohemian Besoms.com immediately. Virtual readings are non-transferable. Virtual readings are done strictly on a one-to-one basis, only one client is permitted per appointment. Any attempt on your part to bring any third party onto the call or allow any third party to join the call will result in the immediate termination of your appointment and the forfeit of your entire fee. 30-minute Virtual sessions are suitable for one-topic or question readings only. If you book a 30-minute reading, you are only permitted to ask about one topic OR one question. Multiple topics or smaller questions cannot be combined into one question and will be counted as separate topics or questions. You must book the appropriate duration for your requirements as readings cannot be extended once booked. In the event of a dispute regarding what constitutes a topic or question, the final decision rests with Bohemian Besoms.

Bohemian Besoms reserves the right to cancel any Tarot reading/session/event without notice. Bohemian Besoms reserves the right to refuse service to anyone without obligation to specify a reason and without liability. This includes but is not limited to anyone who is rude, aggressive, abusive or violent, anyone who appears to be intoxicated and/or under the influence of a mind altering substance, anyone who provides false or misleading information at the time of booking or who is deemed unsuitable or unfit to have a reading. The Tarot Guide or its suppliers shall in no way be liable for any damages resulting from the cancellation of a Tarot reading/session/event or other service. All bookings are non-transferable. By booking any Tarot reading/session/event or other service with Bohemian Besoms, you confirm that you (and/or any person(s) you book on behalf of) understand and agree that any information provided by Bohemian Besoms does not constitute advice and should not be relied upon in making, or refraining from making, any decision. Furthermore, you (and/or any person(s) you book on behalf of) agree that all information provided during readings/sessions/events and/or other services provided by Bohemian Besoms is provided without any warranty of any kind and that you (and/or any person(s) you book on behalf of) use any information provided during readings/sessions/events and/or other services at your own discretion. You also confirm that you (and/or any person(s) you book on behalf of) are aware that Bohemian Besoms is not a licensed therapist. If you have mental health issues, please seek the proper help from qualified healthcare professionals). You also confirm that you (and/or any person(s) you book on behalf of) agree that the information, goods and services provided by Bohemian Besoms are for entertainment purposes only and are not a substitute for professional mental health services or for professional medical treatment or advice nor should they ever take the place of a doctor, lawyer, or any other licensed professional. All readings, sessions, events and other services are provided on the understanding that you take personal responsibility for your own choices, decisions and outcomes. Bohemian Besoms does not provide readings on hexes, curses or demonic forces. If you are booking on behalf of any other person(s), (including but not limited to booking Tarot events) by booking, you confirm that all parties are over 18 and have read and agreed to the booking conditions. Bohemian Besoms reserves the right to alter this cancellation policy at any time without notice.
